Daily Dispatch 8: Sometimes.

I feel like an evil,
Who sucks all,
What’s good,
Out of life,
And then,
Writes it down,
Just to taste,
Past moments,

I feel like a lonely,
Who came down,
From the clouds above,
Because he,
Wants to fit in,
But doesn’t belong,
Who’s trying to sing,
Life’s lonesome,

I feel like a sad,
Who’s forgotten,
How to find this thing,
You all call “joy”,
Like someone who thinks,
Life is just a game,
And a heart is just,
A toy.

This poem is part of the projectΒ Daily Dispatch.

About the poem:

I have started to write several darker pieces today. However the poem above seems to be the only one, that made it all the way from start to finish on this rainy Tuesday.

Wherever you are and whatever the circumstances, let’s always pick up our pens and write our way through the day.

See you soon,

  2. I love this poem!
And I spent the better part of the last 3 hours working on something. I’m not completely happy with it, but I don’t have time for more.
At least I picked up my pen today, put the time aside to do it, even if I’ll probably pay for it tomorrow πŸ˜‰

  5. Wonderful write. Darkness is such a huge part of life. Like House said, “Life is pain”. I don’t think that all of life is pain, but living in a lost and fallen world definitely, most definitely includes it. A lot of the time.
